What specifically is it I receive ?

We use
CCBill and Epoch, as payment
recipient. They are among the world’s largest on the market of online payment
and they handle thousands of sites on the Internet, both regular and erotic
sites. On your statement of account from your bank only ( CCBill or PaycomEU) will be
listed. There will be NO reference to erotic, sex, TheBestAmateur or anything
else which will reveal what you have bought.

used. It is exactly the same as the Banks use. You can always check to see, if

I am not able to make
payment work ?
This is most likely because you have letters, such as the Danish "ø" or "æ" in your

How do I cancel my membership
?
Easily. Go to CCBill or Epoch online cancel forms, write your
information and follow the instruction on the screen. If you need any help do
not hesitate to contact CCBill or Epoch for support.
Sales terms:
When buying membership you approve that your membership is personal and cannot
lend out, rented, sold or in any way passed on to other parties. If violated the
account will be closed and no refund will be given if an account is closed due
to violation. In cases of gross violation we will report you to the police and
claim compensation according to the Law.
Membership is a subscription which continues until you cancel it. You can cancel
it at any time.
( The 3 month’s membership is, not included in the terms above. This type of
membership is not automatically prolonged after 3 months )
We may send out an email with news about the site to our expired members. We will not send more than 2 mails a month and you can cancel this newsletter anytime
by sending a reply to a newsmail with "remove" in the subject line.
Furthermore, it is not
permitted to lend out movies, pictures or other material from the membership
area. Everything is strictly personal for you who have bought the membership. So
any form of lending out, sale, rent or the submitting of movies/pictures on
miscellaneous boards is strictly forbidden.
The only exception from this is a written agreement with us. We maintain the
full copyright on both movies, pictures, design, all technical work on the site
as well as all rights are reserved.
Any violation will be met
with injunction.
The total content on the web site in any form, be it: (text, pictures, sound,
movies, software) belong to TheBestAmateur.com or its suppliers. Any dispute
will be settled according to Danish Law

Technical Questions:
What if I have an old modem ?
You can still use the site since we have plenty of pictures and all videos
besides their full length are divided into two minute’s cuts. It might take a
while to download a specific cut, but it is definitely possible. We do not
recommend streaming, if you use a 56k the movie oftentimes will leap, because the movie’s bit speediness is
larger than the speediness your modem can bring back data with. If your are in
doubt about your modem’s speediness, always choose the lowest bit speediness for
movies in order to achieve the best result. Adjust the size of the show on your
Media Player for the most optimal sharpness. Choose in Windows Media Player
Show > Video size > Preferred size
What should I have, in
order to view a movie ?
You must have a normal PC at home. All new computers are good enough. Besides
you must have Windows Media Player.

Log on problems ?
In most cases, log in problems are due to extra space when user name and
password are copied into the log in field. Please
check that this is not the case. Likewise it is very important to distinguish
between capital and small letters.
If you use, for example, Norton firewall, you have to disconnect this, since it
will block many things on the page. You can surf absolutely safe on our page
without having to fear virus or other potential damaging issues. We have high
security on our server and constantly run very powerful fire walls and anti
virus programmes on our network. Please remember to connect your firewall again
when you leave our site.
If you still have problems, then mail us with your log on information and we
will help you find the error. Should there be a specific cause that you in no
way are able to log on, your membership fee will be returned. Please be aware
that we are able to see if pictures or videos with your unique log in have been
used in order to avoid cheating.
